The customer gets automatically refunded in the following cases:
- The customer cancels a booking.
- You cancel or decline a booking.
- A booking automatically gets declined because you never confirmed it.
In all these cases, you can not dispute the refund, as it is automatically issued.
Your customer can request a refund after the end of one of your bookings.
We always take these requests very seriously. Upon receiving a refund request we start an investigation into what prompted it. Sometimes we will also contact you or the customer to ask for additional information.
