You are refunded automatically in the following cases:
- You cancel a booking.
- The instructor cancels or declines a booking.
- A booking automatically gets declined because the instructor never confirmed it.
In all these cases, there is nothing you need to do. The refund is processed automatically. Please allow for some time for the money to reach your account.
If for whatever reason, you want to request a refund after the end of one of your bookings, you can use this form. When filling out the form, try to be as detailed as possible about why you are requesting a refund. This helps us to take the appropriate actions quicker.
We always take these requests very seriously. Upon receiving a refund request we start an investigation into what prompted it. Sometimes we will also contact you or the instructor to ask for additional information.
If we deem that your refund request is justified, we will refund you the booking.
