When the customer cancels a booking, there are three possible scenarios:
1. Cancellation of a pending booking
A full refund will always be given to the customer regardless of whether it is during or after the free cancellation period.
2. Cancellation of a confirmed booking during the free cancellation period
A full refund will be given to the customer.
3. Cancellation of a confirmed booking after the free cancellation period
Only a partial refund of 60% will be given to the customer. The other 40% goes to you - the instructor.
Note that you will always receive a notification when a customer cancels their booking.
